Royal Stone Conservation

Conservation and restoration of ornamental stonework on one of England's most significant baroque palaces. Work included carved elements, decorative mouldings, and structural masonry repairs carried out to the exacting standards required of a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Grade I listed building.

Gloucester Cathedral

Medieval Stone Conservation

Four years working on the fabric of this magnificent Norman and Gothic cathedral. Projects included conservation of 14th-century carved bosses, repair of tracery and mullion stonework, and maintenance of the cloisters — among the finest examples of fan vaulting in England.

York Minster

Cathedral Masonry — 7 Years

Seven years on the masonry team at one of northern Europe's largest Gothic cathedrals. Work ranged from routine maintenance of the 13th-century fabric to major restoration projects on the nave, chapter house, and western towers — gaining deep experience in medieval construction techniques and stone types.
